‘Installation blocked’: what to allow
This is the first message almost everyone meets, and it is not about the app. Android by default forbids installing files downloaded from outside the store and demands explicit permission. The system opens the right screen itself: it has a toggle for the specific browser or file manager you opened the file from.
Switch it on, go back and repeat the installation. The permission applies to that one source and can be switched off again after installing. On some phones, Samsung for example, a separate protection against installing from outside the store also operates and must be switched off for the duration of the installation.
‘App not installed’: three common causes
The message is uninformative, but three causes stand behind it. A cut-off download: the file was not fully downloaded because the network dropped or the browser was closed; the sign is that the file is noticeably smaller than on a repeat download. Lack of storage: installation needs more free space than the size of the file itself. A clash with an earlier copy: the phone still holds a file installed earlier from another source and the system will not let a new one go over it.

In the first case download the file again over stable Wi-Fi, in the second free some storage, in the third delete the old copy and install the original from the operator’s site. The order of checking is fixed: the download first, then storage, then the old copy.
Play Protect asks to scan the app: what to do
Play Protect is Google’s built-in check, and when a file from outside the store is installed it often offers to send the file for scanning or warns that the app is unknown. The warning in itself is standard and applies to any APK from outside the store, so it is not a sign of a fake.

It is good if you can choose the scan: the system checks the file and offers to continue. If you doubt the file itself, better not to continue and go back to the operator’s site: the real signs of a fake are a third-party source, a demand for payment and a request for access to SMS and contacts.
Installed but will not open or keeps crashing
If the app is installed but will not open, work upwards. Restart the phone: it clears most one-off glitches. Check the date and time — they must be correct and update automatically. Then clear the app’s data in settings and open it again: you will have to sign in again, and the account is not lost.
If that does not help either, delete the app and download the current APK from the operator’s site: the old file may have been damaged in download or gone out of date. Take the file only from the original page, not from a messenger’s memory.
When it is simpler to switch to the mobile site
There are situations where installing is not worth the effort: a phone with very little storage, someone else’s or a work phone where security settings cannot be changed. Then the mobile site in a browser gives the same account, cashier, line, casino and bonuses, and on Android it can be added to the home screen through the browser menu.
There is one difference: the free-bet promo counts only bets from the mobile app. If it does not matter to you, you will not notice the difference. A general breakdown of the pre-installation checks is on the home page.
